We’re currently looking for a Digital Media Specialists Team Lead to manage our Digital Media Buyers team and to develop best digital advertising solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

The role:

• Manage, lead and mentor a team of digital media buyers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
• Build digital media specialists’ structure, by identifying needed resources (people, competences, tools, etc.).
• Optimize and refine team processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute innovative digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).
• Consult digital media strategists and account managers on strategic level cases.
• Implementation overview of digital media planning innovations and tools.
• Consult clients on most difficult cases.
• Work with partners (media channels and tools providers) to keep whole team up to date with evolving digital media ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of all current advertising ecosystems with practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital media planning, buying, and optimization.
• Team lead or team manager experience would be a plus.
• Willingness to work with people and build open minded culture among team members.
• Ability to plan and implement long-term projects.
• Understanding media agencies business model and passion to evolve.
• Proven track record of handling large scale digital media accounts.
